Refund policy

📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Effective Date: 05/03/2025) 💰
At KalDunga Digital Private Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide transparency and fairness in all transactions.

🤝 1. Hand-to-Hand Refund & Cancellation
👉 This policy applies to orders delivered in cities where KalDunga has its own outlets and delivery services.
🚚 Products are delivered to the customer’s doorstep by KalDunga’s own delivery personnel.
🙁 If the customer is not satisfied, they can return the product immediately to our delivery boy.
💰 Once the product is returned, we initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
🏦 The refund amount is credited to the same payment method used by the customer within 5 to 7 days.

📦 2. Third-Party Courier Refund & Cancellation
🚛 This policy applies to orders shipped via third-party courier companies.
🗓️ If a customer wants to return the product after delivery, they must initiate a return request within 2 days (D+2 Days) of receiving it.
📍 Once the return request is received, we coordinate with our courier partner for pickup, which may take 2 to 3 days.
🔄 After the product is picked up and returned to our warehouse, we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
💳 The refund is credited to the same payment method used by the customer within 5 to 7 days.

⚠️ Important Notes:
🗳️ Refunds are processed only after the product is successfully returned and verified.
💸 The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
📸 For damaged or defective products, customers must provide proof (images/videos) before initiating a return request.
🛠️ No refund or replacement will be provided if the return request is raised after the stipulated time period.
