📌 Return & Refund Policy – KalDunga Digital Private Limited

At KalDunga Digital Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions.

🛠️ 1. Return Policy
(A) Hand-to-Hand Returns (KalDunga Outlet Cities)
📅 This policy applies to orders delivered in cities where KalDunga has its own outlets and delivery services.
🙁 If the customer is not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, they can return it immediately to our delivery boy.
🚚 The delivery boy will bring the product back with him.
💰 Once the product is received at our store, the refund process will be initiated.
(B) Third-Party Courier Returns
🚛 This policy applies to orders delivered through third-party courier services.
🗓️ The customer must raise a return request within 2 days (D+2 Days) of receiving the product.
💪 The product must be in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
📍 Once the return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 to 3 days.
🛍️ If pickup service is not available, the customer may have to self-ship the product to our return address.

💳 2. Refund Policy
(A) Refund for Hand-to-Hand Returns
💵 After the delivery boy collects the returned product, we initiate the refund process within 24 hours.
💼 The refund is credited to the same payment method used by the customer within 5 to 7 business days.
(B) Refund for Third-Party Courier Returns
🛠️ Once the returned product is received and verified, we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
💸 The refund is credited to the same payment method used by the customer within 5 to 7 business days.

⚠️ 3. Important Notes
No returns will be accepted after 2 days (D+2 Days) of delivery.
✔ The product must be in unused condition with original packaging.
Refunds will be processed only after successful return & verification.
✔ If the product is found damaged, used, or missing accessories, the return request may be rejected.
✔ In case of defective or wrong products, customers must provide proof (images/videos) before the return is approved.
